Do you find yourself doing the same things over and over again? Are you looking to spice up your life a bit this summer? We can help! Indianapolis has many great arts and culture events going on this summer that you won’t want to miss! Below is a list of a few events going on right now!
Until July 29th, 2014- The Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn Summer Concert Series @ White River State Park
The Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn at White River State Park celebrates Year 11 in 2014 that offers a mix of the best music in the Circle City.
Until August 3rd, 2014- The Ansel Adams Exhibit @ Eiteljorg Museum
The Ansel Adams Exhibit showcases 75 photographs personally chosen by the late Ansel Adams to represent the best of his life’s work. Referred to as The Museum Set, these images were selected for exhibition throughout the country and are on loan from the collection of The Capital Group Foundation. The exhibition includes many of Adams most famous and best-loved photographs, including architectural studies, portraits, and magnificent landscapes.
Until August 29th, 2014- National Bank of Indianapolis Summer Nights Film Series @ IMA
The National Bank of Indianapolis Summer Nights Film Series presented on Friday nights in the IMA’s spectacular outdoor amphitheater. Before the film, explore the galleries, gardens, or The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park: 100 Acres, where general admission is always FREE.

Until September 27th– Groovin’ in the Garden: Outdoor Music Series @ Easley Winery
Offering daily wine specials, cool tunes from the best musical acts of the greater Indianapolis area, and an experience you won’t soon forget! Feel free to bring along your favorite foods or order from a local restaurant and have it delivered to the winery.

The IMA is a beautiful place to take a stroll and experience some great art.
There is so much rich culture and history in downtown Indy, check out Mass Ave, Broad Ripple, Fountain Square, The Canal, Indiana Ave, or the Wholesale District! Indy’s various districts are unique and have something special for everyone! Click here to check them out!
Head to a library. Libraries all over Indianapolis have various events and programs for people of all ages, check out your local library for schedules!
The Arts Garden in downtown Indianapolis often has free events for the public.
There are Family Free Nights at the Children’s Museum the first Thursday of every month for those of you with children or are children at heart!
