Arts for Learning Emergency Relief Campaign

As the entire world faces uncertainty, Arts for Learning is reaching out to its community for help. With school closures and restricted community activity, the negative impact has already taken affect for our teaching artists. The past two weeks alone, our teaching artists have lost approximately 125 opportunities to provide arts-integrated education programming, totaling to a loss of income of over $14,000. These numbers will continue to rise as safety remains our number one priority.

We are asking for your help to support us and our teaching artists’ work during this time. Arts for Learning currently supports 108 professional artists in the field, our roster is comprised of both solo artists and ensembles. Arts for Learning programs occur wherever learning takes place and our push to make the arts accessible is greater now than it has ever been. Our staff is working diligently with our teaching artists to be innovative in our approach to continue our work. We are requesting donations for our organization to continue providing creative experiences to Indiana youth. Donating to Arts for Learning during this time will allow us to:

1. Create Take Five videos, a Facebook Live Series, to engage the students at home with interactive arts performances.

2. Create take-home instructional art packets, fully equipped to provide those with limited internet access with enrichment activities.

3. Keep both our teaching artists and our staff working hard to further our mission of empowering children to achieve their creative and intellectual potential through arts-integrated education!

There are several ways you can support!
