JoEllen Florio Rossebo elected 2016-2018 President of the Indianapolis Consortium of Arts Administrators
Indianapolis – November 18, 2015… Arts for Learning President and CEO JoEllen Florio Rossebo was named the 2016-2018 President of the Indianapolis Consortium of Arts Administrators during their November 18th meeting. The Consortium is comprised of more than 50 arts professionals who lead arts and cultural organizations throughout Central Indiana. served as the Vice President of the Consortium for the 2013-2015 term.
Joining Rossebo on the 2016-2018 Board of Directors is Vice President Marsh Davis (Indiana Landmarks), and Treasurer Gary Ginstling (Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra). Michael Pettry (Indianapolis Symphonic Choir) will be returning for a second term as Secretary.
As the oldest and largest provider of professional arts education programs in the state, Arts for Learning works with more than 60 teaching artists and arts organizations to provide performances, workshops and residencies to schools, libraries, parks and community centers. Arts for Learning is part of a national network of 30 affiliates reaching five million children in over 6,000 schools and community centers with 85,000 performance demonstrations, workshops, and teacher services.
