Mural Unveiling at Eastern Pulaski Elementary

Indianapolis – May 12, 2014 … In recent months, Arts for Learning professional teaching artist Holly Combs enjoyed working with the students and faculty of Eastern Pulaski Elementary to create artwork which would later form a school-wide mural.  These individual self-portrait pieces were scanned and placed onto mosaic tiles spelling the words “You Are Beautiful.” The mural will be mounted on the school’s all-purpose room, for all to enjoy. On June 2nd, at 2:45pm, the school will celebrate the culmination of their work with an official mural unveiling ceremony. The event is open to the public.

WHEN: June 2nd, 2:45pm

WHERE: Eastern Pulaski Elementary, 815 School Road, Winimac IN 46996
