Students will work with a professional photographer to explore issues around identity. Students will use digital photography to address questions such as – how do you see yourself? How do others see you? What shapes the way you see yourself? Students will produce a series of cultural portraits reflecting how they see themselves and the community. Camera operation and photo aesthetics will be addressed. This is a residency. Four, 45-minute sessions are required.

Arts for Learning is a not-for-profit organization. All of our artists are professional teaching artists who are paid for their time and talents.
The fees listed in this catalog represent approximately half of the actual cost of producing and delivering these programs to our community. These fees are subsidized through fundraising, grants, and donations and with support from many organizations, corporations and individuals.
