We’ve added two new board members to the Arts for Learning Indiana team: Adam Catron and Chris Vaulter! We’re excited to have their leadership, expertise, and passion for expanding access to arts education across Indiana. We look forward to the impact they will make as they help guide Arts for Learning into the future.
Meet Adam
Adam Catron is a real estate advisor, technology founder, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience spanning residential real estate, construction, and business innovation.
He is the Founder and CEO of RealTeam3, a real estate productivity platform designed to increase brokerage revenue and improve agent efficiency. Adam built the company from inception without outside investment, leveraging his deep experience in marketing, sales, and operational systems to create scalable solutions for modern real estate organizations.
In addition to his leadership in technology, Adam has spent 15 years as a Real Estate Advisor with F.C. Tucker Co., where he has been a 10-time Presidents Club recipient, a 2017 Top Producing Solo Agent, and part of a 2024 Top Producing Team.
His background also includes 13 years in residential construction, providing him with practical operational insight that enhances strategic decision-making.
Adam brings strengths in growth strategy, negotiation, client experience design, brokerage operations, and productivity systems. His career reflects a consistent focus on building sustainable performance through both people and process.
Outside of business, Adam is a father, husband, former Boy Scout, and an active advocate for the Indianapolis community.

Meet Chris
Chris Vaulter is Senior Manager of UX Research at Genesys, where he leads a product UX research team focused on advancing customer experiences through research-informed design and technology.
With more than 20 years of experience in the design industry, Chris has worked in software, digital marketing, and the museum industry, applying design principles to create products and experiences that are intuitive, useful, and enjoyable for their users.
He studied Design Education at the University of Exeter and Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University.
Outside of his work, Chris is committed to teaching, mentorship, and expanding access to design education. He has served as Associate Faculty in Visual Communication Design at the Herron School of Art + Design and has shared his expertise through speaking engagements, workshop facilitation, and local board service during his time in the Indianapolis area.
“With two decades of leading creative teams and many years teaching design thinking and critical thinking, I would bring to the Arts for Learning Indiana board a practical, execution-ready blend of marketing, media development, and strategic planning to expand reach, deepen engagement, and strengthen sustainability.
I can help sharpen Arts for Learning’s story and value proposition for different audiences (schools, families, funders, and corporate partners), translate impact into clear messaging, and build modern media assets and campaigns that convert attention into participation and support. From a project management and technology standpoint, I can support disciplined planning, timelines, and cross-partner coordination, while also helping evaluate and implement software tools that improve program operations, communications, and reporting without adding burden to staff or teaching artists.
In addition, I can build relationships across Indiana’s business and education communities to open doors to partnerships, sponsorships, and fundraising, connecting Arts for Learning with stakeholders who can provide resources, visibility, and long-term support for equitable access to arts learning.”
